ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided in Bulgaria Hotel /venue/ where rooms of different types are offered for participants.
Rates are only valid if reservation and payment are made to Congress Management and Events (CME Ltd.) and not directly to the hotel. Any change of booking must be sent to CME Ltd. at mira@cmebg.com. Full prepayment of accommodation until 1 August 2024 is required in confirmation of the hotel reservation.
The four-star Bulgaria Hotel, one of the city's symbols, is a business hotel located in the heart of the city of Burgas. The location of the hotel is key – it is located at the intersection of the two central pedestrian streets Alexandrovska and Bogoridi. It is preferred by guests looking for comfortable and quiet accommodation in close proximity to all the city's attractions, with magnificent panoramic views over the sea and the city.
The hotel, with its more than 40 years of tradition and experience in welcoming guests, has been recently completely renovated. All rooms have modern design and elegant furniture, fully equipped with king size or twin bed, work place, 49” LCD TV, mini bar, safety deposit box, central air conditioning system with individual regulation, stylish bathroom with shower, hair dryer, electric kettle for tea and coffee.

Fors Hotel /3 minutes walking distance from venue/
Fors Hotel is located in the municipal and cultural center of Burgas, close to the railway station, the “South” bus station and Burgas seaport. It is within walking distance of the main streets Bogoridi and Aleksandrovska, where the most stores, offices and establishments are located. Going to the beach and the sea garden takes only 10 minutes by foot.
All rooms are air-conditioned and they have a private bathroom, a refrigerator and satellite TV.

The reservation of hotel should be made through CME Ltd in order to take advantage of the reduced prices and the comfort of being accommodated in the place where the symposium is being held. Early hotel booking by 1st July is recommended as the event will take place in the beginning of September – still high summer season at the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
Accommodation cancellation policy
Only written cancellations to CME Ltd. will be considered.
⇒ before 1 August 2024 – full reimbursement less the amount due for one night and 30 Euro for the bank charges
⇒ after 1 August 2024 or no-show - no refunds will be made
Reducing the length of stay on-site is not accepted.
